Cancellation Policy

Cancellations under 48hours, or arriving excessively late for your appointment will result in your card being charged 50% of your scheduled service including your initial service deposit. No-show-no-call missed appointments will result in your card being charged 100% of your scheduled service including your initial service deposit. Special circumstances will be considered, as we understand emergencies happen. New and current clients with a history of tardiness, last minute cancellations, or no-shows will also be subject to rebooking fees.
